11. Avocado and Turkey Sandwich

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serving Size: 8 servings

List of Ingredients:

3 loaves of sour bread dough

2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced

3 tbsp. of salsa

3 strips of roasted red pepper

1 pound of thinly sliced smoked turkey

3 slices of red onion rings

1 ounce of sliced pepper jack cheese

2 Romaine lettuce leaves

Methods:

Make a shell out of the bottom part of the bread by tearing out the inside.

Mix the salsa and avocado, and mash thoroughly in a small bowl.

Spread the avocado mix onto the shelled-out bread.

Layer with cheese, turkey, onions, slices of avocado, lettuce, and turkey.

Top with the rest of the bread. Cut into triangles and serve.
